I used to love anything Brighton and have spent thousands on handbags and jewelry. I haven’t bought any jewelry in quite some time until recently. Disappointing is an understatement. The pieces I bought (online) seem flimsy and look cheap. They looked so much better on their website! I am so sad about that. It seems every company has cheapened their merchandise and raised prices. Never thought I would have to worry about Brighton doing that. I will not buy anything Brighton again without seeing it in person.

I contacted the customer service team and the representative was rude and smart at the mouth. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she put me on hold and said that no one was available. I find that hard to believe not one supervisor free. She said she would take my number and have a supervisor call me back. No one called I called again and told the representative that I needed to speak with a supervisor she put me on hold and came back and said the same thing no one was available. I have bought a lot of Brighten jewelry as well as shoes. They will not have to worry about me purchasing anymore of their pieces.

This brand is a joke. I spent over $100 on two rings and they showed copper after only 1 month. I've worn $10 silver rings from a cheap market that lasted 10 years and still counting. So so disappointing. Spend your money elsewhere!!

I purchased a $75 bracelet 6 months ago and the rope is completely discolored. When I call customer service they tell me it's not for normal wear and tear. What are you supposed to do? Just leave jewelry in a box and look at it. And I have many of their pieces. Sadly I will not recommend this company AGAIN.. And when I called customer service they told me it's not for everyday use.
