Meds arrived for my following month on time but needed a push reminder. So far I am consistent with weight loss week after week as compared with RX which was not available.

The service has been good and the only complaint I have is that the initial fee was $375 and then changed to $575 the following month. I feel like it was misleading because it never said it would increase after the first month. I felt like the $375 was a fair and competitive price. The $575 price is higher than some of the other services I was considering.

I was concerned about the legitimacy of this type of site/company/operation and whether or not it would be safe. After many many hours of research i finally decided to give it a shot and went with Brightmeds deapite the fact that the company was new. I’m so grateful that i gave Brightmeds a shot. Brightmeds has FAR exceeded my expectation on the customer service front. Calling them (which i’ve done a few times) immediately connects you with a live person (no 8,000 menu clicks to reach someone) and the reps are both patient and knowledgeable. Their customer service department is absolutely hands down fantastic. The initial dr ‘visit’ seemed very short and not so sweet which was concerning but that may have been because i already had a prescription for zepbound from my dr along with all of the medical information i could possibly need. Following dr check ins have been as expected-to the point but not too rushed. The pharmacy they ‘assigned’ to me is Beaker in TX. I checked them out too. Quality pharmacy. I’ve been receiving meds for a few months and my weight loss has continued as if i were still on actual zepbound. No extra/negative side effects, and no loss of effectiveness. Lastly i was paying out of pocket for zepbound..about $1200/month, so the $575/month is super appealing. Only once my meds were delayed by ups and arrived right on the cusp of 72 hrs so Brightmeds and the pharmacy worked together to immediately replace the meds for me free of charge and i had the replacement meds the very next day. I could not suggest this approach more. Zepbound availability or not…i’m sticking with Brightmeds for all of the reasons i just mentioned.

Brightmeds made it very easy to get started on weight loss medication. They put you in contact with a physician who is licensed in your state. The physician makes sure you are a good candidate for the medication through a very easy online process. The medications are shipped promptly and packaged very well. All needed supplies are shipped with the medications - needles, syringes, alcohol wipes etc. The medication I was prescribed was tirzepatide. I was able to tolerate this medication much better than Ozempic which I had to discontinue due to side effects. I've lost 25 lbs in the first weeks of treatment, feel great, look better and am fitting into clothes I couldn't wear a month ago. It's been a great experience so far!
