I think they’re a good company, but I don’t understand why FedEx says they’re going to deliver it overnight and I don’t get my medicine until four days later

No issues with the meds and the customer support has been good. However, because they can’t update my start date in the system, I continue to get requests for monthly update info when I have just started the latest dose. So they have to pause my membership and restart it a couple of weeks later. This is a nuisance.

Been great. Had an issue with their system where it texted and emailed me a ton but they fixed it quick and were very responsive and professional. Plus, I’m already down 20 pounds (about 8% of my body weight) in just 2 months, so there’s that!

I've only taken three dosages at this point. I've had minor to no side effects so far. I've had little need talk with the doctor. Though on those occasions I have he has been very responsive and timely. I want to give a particular shout out to the customer care team. They have been just absolutely outstanding! At this point I have no doubt that choosing Brightmeds was the best choice.
