John O'Leary and Amber Berthhoff make a great team. The process was straightforward, and the closing took place rather quickly. The company definitely knows what they are doing, and I enjoy working with a professional group of people that are eager to serve. I shopped many private money sources, and Bridgewell had the best terms and professionalism that I could find. My market is not a huge metropolis, and they were willing to do the deal despite not having done many (or any) deals in my small town.
