I have looked at other money lenders, but the lower rates is not worth the value that Bridgewell brings to making my investments a success. This was our first time using Bridgewell Capital for a house flip. Surprisingly the process went very smoothly. Kate was very honest and up front with us on any issues and questions we had, which we greatly appreciated. Next time we need hard money for another flip we will be using Bridgewell Capital again.

have closed 2 deals with BWC and both went thru with out a hitch. Fees are decent they will use their own Title company and Last time they also used a Lawyer this cost more fees then was expecting. but if you have a deal and need funds I would recommend them, and use them again.
