I have used Bridgewell Capital two times going on three times now. They are a great way to obtain capital in order to flip or hold real estate investments. Their terms are straight forward and cash is always at the closing table! The best way of communication is through email. I look forward to future transactions with them. Its a Win-Win situation!

I have used Bridgewell Capital for funding my rehab projects for years. They provide a great experience time and time again. They have great customer service, are quick to respond, quick to close and have great rates (especially the landlord program). They go above and beyond and help to educate me whenever I have a question. I will continue to use them as my "go-to" for funding.
