I am very pleased with the services of BridgeWell. I was able to do a quick cash out of my investment condo in order to acquire another one. Brad and Amber were professional, courteous and helpful throughout the process and answered all of my questions promptly. In all honesty my 4 star rating might be a bit unfair to them, but I never rate any service with a perfect score. This service comes really close. Definitely reccomend.

Ben Jackson was always available to answer questions and walk me through the process. Everyone in underwriting was helpful with questions as well. Great to work with, I’ve already referred a family friend.

Bridgewell is one of the most professional, attentive, and reliable real estate investment lenders I have had the pleasure to work with in years. My Loan Officer, Administrative and Processing staff really hit the mark.
