John and Sabrina were great throughout the entire process. This was our first time using private capital so we were not completely sure what to expect. John pretty much walked us through step by step and also told us to make sure we reach out to him directly if we had any questions during the renovation. You can always tell a company, not by what they promise but by what they deliver and how you feel dealing with them. Lot's of moving pieces to this funding and options. There ability to think through a decisive plan is a strategic aspect to consider and there ability to educate while doing this is unheard of in the industry. Makes my decision to use on next project an easy one.
