the sleeves wear very poor and not made very well and are falling off.

Lovely dress, however would have gotten 5 stars if the dress had lining. It was a bit thin.

It was such a good price and the measurements fit perfectly. I was scared because I am 5’10” and usually things are short on me but the dress still touches the ground which I love. The Front neck part rubs against my neck and hurts but that can easily be altered. Thank you for the great dress!

Extremely dissatisfied with my Bridelily experience. Before ordering, I read through the return policy and thought I had a clear understanding of the company's perimeters. Due to deceptive wording, my return was not accepted. I spoke to customer service and they were not willing to accommodate my return request, despite dresses being unworn. I was told it is my fault I misunderstood the policy... can't help but wonder if this is part of their scheme. Unfortunately the dresses are low quality, which is no surprise as you get what you pay for, but I was disappointed to see that the customer service was even worse. This is the LAST stress a bride needs in preparation for her wedding. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else!

Absolutely love my dress!

I did not receive the correct dress and had to send the dress made by mistake back and to request a refund.

My dress was perfect! It looked just like the picture. I had an extremely short engagement, so I needed a dress ASAP! It came within a couple weeks and I had time to get it hemmed. When I asked when it would be shipped and delivered, I received an answer almost immediately. It fit perfectly on me. I didn’t get a custom one, just a size 2. A little long but that was to be expected. No problem hemming it. It was well made. Everyone at the wedding said my dress was beautiful and it was. Thank you for making my wedding perfect in my beautiful dress.
