Ancient platform. Been taken over by LEGO does not make it better, it is even worse now.

El producto recibido no se corresponde con el anunciado. Compré este producto en Brickelecom porque las imágenes y características de la web mostraban un equipo diferente. Sin embargo, el producto que he recibido es un ADM Air Cooler, claramente distinto al que aparece en el anuncio. He realizado fotografías tanto del producto anunciado como del producto recibido y la diferencia es evidente. Además, en la web se anuncia el producto con determinadas características e imágenes que no coinciden con lo que finalmente se entrega. Me parece una práctica muy poco transparente. Espero que la empresa se haga responsable, facilite una devolución y me reembolse el importe íntegro, incluidos los gastos que correspondan. No recomiendo comprar hasta que la empresa aclare esta situación.

running my store on bricklink is beyond frustrating. paypal sucks. and reporting problems to bricklink support results in copy-paste messages that indicate they DID NOT READ. there is zero solution in their responses. I'm in the hospital for an emergency surgery and they are busy trying to steal fees and tax from me. im not refunding $65 when i was paid out $59. everyone gets to lose their fees. the facts that they still have basic problems like this is insane! i'm NOT doing anything unusual and the fact this glitch is here means there is no one with a brain fixing anything there.

First encounter was Christian, 5 stars plus true professional with in his business field, slight tech hitch,Christian pointed me down the right road, which lead me to a young lady Ellie 5 star + dealing with a grumpy old man, fantastic, after further communications Ellie called me back confirming things had been ratified, Lastly Jacky the gaffer L/M called personally to apologise for the situation fantastic start customer care 100% from a knock on my front door to a personal communication from a senior manager. very please. Be VERY careful buying from this site. Some sellers are ok, but some will send you broken pieces, pieces colored on by markers and VERY sun damaged pieces.

I bought an item from Bricklink, seller had great reviews. I paid for the item and sent an email that I paid. Seller didn't respond, I assumed the item would arrive in the post. Next thing, the order is cancelled by the seller, he says I didn't pay or communicate both wrong as the money was gone from my bank to him and I had sent an email. Huge drama then to try to get a refund and a complete waste of my time. Avoid Bricklink.

to start selling on this side, is impossible, and the questions they want answers to, is borderline GDPR problems. I give up, and find another place, and would advice others to do the same
