Excellent products , clean smell , refreshing The only downside is the small size of of some of the bottles

Just joined couple of weeks ago and I’m very happy with the subscription service I’ve received so far.

First of all their customer service has been excellent. I’ve had several email chats and they were all handled professionally, courteously, and expeditiously. Secondly I’ve used a few of their products but the main one I’ll describe is the body wash for men. I use the Tropical Teakwood scent. It’s a pleasant scent and I throughly love the wash. It leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed without a soapy residue like most. It cost more than most, let’s be honest but to me it’s worth every extra penny. I’ll return especially for this body wash. I’m hoping to try the shampoo next. Thinning hair is an issue for me and I want to see if over time that shampoo helps.

I was a new customer and excited to try their product that included a new customer incentive: 20% Off Your First Order + FREE SAMPLE KIT + FREE HYALURONIC ACID BOOSTER + FREE SHIPPING Upon checkout, I didn’t receive any sort of confirmation of my new customer benefits so I tried to call their customer service number during business hours. Apparently they are short staffed and cannot take calls. I then sent them an email explaining that I did not get the new customer benefits and that was over 1 week ago. I’ve heard nothing. No matter what their product is like, this company seems poorly run. Be careful if you have a question or need to return something. I was and still very disappointed. It’s now been a couple months and still no response. They keep sending me emails about promotions. Don’t they realize that customers have choices? Why would you do business with a company like this?

I love the products. The only problem is figuring out what new products to try to grow my collection.

I’ve been ordering for a few months now. Every offer has been fulfilled and every deal honored. The products have been great and customer service is prompt.

Good honest products. Everything they sell is no bs what it says it is, in an environment filled with a boatload of bad for you care products, Brickell stands out by being upfront and genuine about what they sell.
