From their customer service to their outstanding products, Brickell is an amazing company. They reward loyalty, which I appreciate, offer decent discounts but above and beyond all that, their products simply make me look and feel my best. I’m a fan for life.

Website is a joke, riddled with glitches and errors. Products cannot be added to the cart. I've tried all the troubleshooting and it's not my browser or machine. 100% the website build. Support tries to make it seem like it's a problem on my side. Complete waste of two hours trying to troubleshoot, something that should have been straight forward.

Brickell is a company that delivers exactly what it promises: premium men's care products made from natural ingredients at an affordable price point. Their products actually work, no gimmick. The customer care and support you receive from Brickell should be studied by other companies. When you have an issue, question, or need help with any little thing, there's always someone there to reply and help you immediately. Not AI or auto-reply bots; actual humans. Because their products are made from natural ingredients, they can work with just about any skin type or hair type that exists. This is important for darker-skinned people such as I, as we're often ignored when it comes to premium skin care. I am a loyal fan.

I’ve only had excellent experiences with Brickell products and the company itself. You can purchase Brickell with confidence from their website directly or Amazon. For me, fast shipping, products have arrived well packaged (no leaks, no damage, etc.), and everything I’ve tried has performed well, and been beneficial for my skin and hair. A number of their products have been part of my daily regimen for a few couple of years now.
