API for our bank (JP Morgan Private) hasn't been operational and has required additional administrative steps from our accounting department. OUtside of a few hiccups with that API-fail causing our credit balance to dip, we have been satisfied with the partnership and the payment terms

Brex is great but their application process and customer service response time need work. We use Brex for multiple companies and it's an amazing platform. I just wish they could work a few of the issues out!

I had a terrible onboarding experience with Brex, where after being approved, getting a credit limit, and switching everything over to them, suddenly the credit limit went to $0. This resulted in a bunch of my vendor charges failing and causing a big hassle until it was straightened out after a couple weeks. So, WARNING, do not switch all your payments over to Brex right away. Give it a few weeks to make sure it's working. However, ever since that was resolved, it is super easy to use. Receipt matching works great. Good product and low maintenance, and hopefully, most people have a much better onboarding experience than I did.

I have enjoyed my experience with Brex so far. They have always been prompt in assisting me when issues arise and I find the app to be very effective in tracking purchases.

Really enjoyed the Brex sign up process. Did it over my mobile phone and was able to input my information in a very straightforward way. I received a response 48 hours later - unfortunately single-member LLCs did not pass the Brex screen (maybe the service is better for larger companies?) but I appreciated the promptness of the response. A bit more detail on the reason behind the decline other than "Your application did not pass our internal screening process" would have been helpful. But positive experience overall.

All in all I enjoy using Brex, there are only couple minor things I'd like to mention. 1) is not accepted by some banks(e.g. Privatbank); 2) sometimes the app itself wouldn't let you inn, unless the cellphone is restarted (iOS 14).

Pretty solid software and Corp card manager could use some improvement in reporting though. Super easy to add virtual cards and order a physical card.
