When you go to sign up or have technical problems you can speak to a person in less than a minute, if you go to cancel it's an hour wait time. This company is awful, please do not give them your business, I never will again. And their internet service goes out (at least in my area) nearly every time we have a storm, if the power goes out it goes out, which I don't really understand, but the internet will also go out if a power doesn't go out.

I would not recommend Breezeline based on my experience. My bill increased from $54.99 to $79.25 on May 8. Since then, I have spent three days trying to cancel my service. Every call has involved waits of 45–90+ minutes, followed by a transfer to another department, another long wait, and eventually a disconnected call before my cancellation could be processed. A company should make it as easy to cancel as it is to sign up. My experience has been the opposite. I cannot recommend Breezeline.

If I could choose zero I would. Service isn’t that bad but prices increase often. Customer service is the real joke. They outsourced their workers. I’m currently on hold 2 hrs and counting

I work from home and my work laptop uses a VPN. While I was in the middle of an email, the technician changed my modem and I lost my connection. He left when I called my company's support team. I opened a Breezeline support ticket within an hour after he left. They refused to return my old modem so I could work, and I called them a number of times during the day without resolution. I opened my ticket on Friday morning, it was supposedly marked as urgent and I did not receive a call back. On Monday I called and they opened an urgent "complaint" ticket. It is Thursday and no one has contacted me. I had to leave my home and go to my daughter's house in another state to be able to work. My condo association forwarded my information to their account rep on Wednesday. Waiting to see how long that will take.
