Lived all over the country and these morons are by far the worst internet provider. Service goes out atleast twice a month and only on sunny days. Customer service is non existent. Only place you call and your wait time goes up the longer you wait?????? Have never been on phone with customer service for less than 45 mins I ACTUALLY HAVE NO INTERNET BECAUSE I CANCELED IT, TOO FRUSTRATING. COMPANY IS A JOKE

Customer service is basically non existent. You better plan a full day of being on hold if you need to contact them. Last time I was on hold for 4 hours and they didn't even fix the problem.. now this time I'm currently on hold for 2 hours and haven't even spoken to anybody yet

I should have stuck with xfinity as the reliability is so, so. The intro price is worth the switch but customer service is awful.

Switched to Breezline less than two months ago and I have experienced multiple outages. Their customer service is awful. If you call their support number and ask for a human it hangs says no, use our awful phone system instead. If you was again it goes silent then hangs up on you. I've seen never experienced a phone system that is so blatantly anti-consomer. They do not want you talking to human. Don't switch to Breezline, it's hot garage. You're better off getting internet over two tin cans tired to a string.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced...that is compared to Spectrum, Armstrong Cable, and Xfinity/Comcast. Wait times provided go up and down and then up again. I was on hold for 1 hour 15 minutes and then the call was disconnected on their end. Very little understanding of the English language. Once i finally was able to speak to a rep to activate a customer supplied modem, the rep input the MAC address and serial number incorrectly. How do I know that? I can see the serial number as part of the equipment listing on the account. Now, nearly 3 hours into waiting and no human joined the chat I still have no internet because of the equipment change they made on their end and completely unacceptable customer support. This company exemplifies the old saying of "you get what you pay for." The next call will be to Spectrum to set up new service. There cost is low, but paying a bit more will be worth having acceptable customer support.

If you want to add services you can add them on line or if you call they pick up in under 5 minutes. But if you want to remove services you have to call and you are lucky if they pick up in under 3 hours or pick up at all. They are obviously not interested in helping you unless you are upgrading . This is the 8th time I am attempting to get through to them to cancel some channels. So far today I have been on hold for over 2 hours. I have spent the time writing bad reviews even though it’s obvious they don’t care . Unacceptable!!!

I signed up for Internet to be installed. Now after a month, I've wasted 6 hours being put on hold. I've had a tech on the phone tell there are no problems. I've had a tech come to the house and tell me he couldn't find any problems. My router has never down online in the app. The modem loses all lights and Internet signal at minimum every 2 hours. Sometimes it stays down for hours. I've called to cancel 4 times and every time they mislead me with deceptive practices. They promise to get me to someone that can cancel and then hang up on me.

I have been without internet for 11 days now. Someone was supposed to come out 2 days ago but no one has showed up. Absolutely the worst customer service i ever experienced. I have made so many calls & chats & have spent hours on hold. Will definitely be canceling.
