As a customer since 2020 Breezeline has provided reliable fast internet. Though their rates have steadily gone up, I switch to their basic plan as their high speed services were not consistent. The basic plan if affordable and is able to run my various FireTV's, Computers and Camera. I have been very pleased with support. Some customers are going to Star Link which I have compared. The sustained upload / download speeds and latency are not worth the cheap price. I like my solid fiber.

The technician was great. (Kevin #3664) However the issue at hand should have been resolved in a more timely manor! My elderly grandfather was left without a phone line or internet, there is absolutely no service in his area, so he was left with no communication for 3 full days, I understand it was a weekend but it should have been priority on Monday, the wait times are terrible when calling and the operators do not speak English! The 5 stars goes out to the technician! As far as breezeline, DO BETTER for your elderly community!!!
