The installation technician was polite and listened to my requests. The technician was patient with me and answered all of my questions. After the install I was a little disappointed in the speed as it was very similar to what I had prior from another ISP even though it was supposed to be twice as fast.

Wanted to get rid of the voice on the channel guide section. Do not like it and It's annoying. Rep did not have any idea of how to silence the voice so I did not solve my problem.

Install tech did great 👍 Install. Didn't take very long and was very friendly. 5 stars. If there were more he would have got them. Did not get program package I wanted. Mainly wanted big Fox News,Fox Business and college football. Of course, local stations Did text you and received Fox News. No sports stations put on TV. Have bunch of stations I never need and watch. 99 percent. Don't have a schedule to choose programs that I wanted. Need to get right package for what I watch. When I got Breezeline I was told I would get FOX NEWS and sports stations. . Would like to get Fox Business channel also. College sports mainly. Program packages information to choose from would be great to get what I need!

The service was great with the representative that I spoke with. It's the time that it took to finally reach one that's not good. A paying customer should not have to wait 45 minutes to over an hour to reach someone to get assistance. That needs to improve.

Tech was great, but to evaluate the system via phone or online was very time consuming (over 2 hrs.) To set up appointment to install new equipment and to review my program and billing!
