Worst internet service EVER! Been over a year since I’ve had their service. Internet is intermittent and when you call it takes FOREVER for them to answer in person with no immediate option for a human. Instead you have to go through all of their ads. Now on hold for past 26 minutes waiting for “said” human. I’m using the time to leave reviews on every website I can find! Forgot to mention; the technician was here yesterday. Said some things were installed incorrectly, he fixed it. HA! If there is another option take it!

I only have working internet in 3 rooms out of 8 in my house. I called Breezeline and let them know their solution was for me to pay more money to get additional routers from them. How is it the customers fault that your service is not working in the whole house? Why should the customer pay more?? I spoke to a superviosr who was rude as can be and he said the same thing well you have our top speed let me get you to sales to purchase more equipment. No help at al. Since getting Breezeline in 2022 my price a month has more than doubled and the service has gotten worse! Thank god they are bringing another provider to the area !

First the positive. They were the only option in my area. Now the negative. Everything else. You'll feel like they are giving you the finger with everything they do. They removed all email addresses because they don't want to hear anything from you. Expect hold times of well over an hour for the support line. They have hostages, not customers. I tried multiple times to call to cancel but apparently that phone number is never answered. I sent certified letters cancelling. They were ignored. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB and then they responded and cancelled. The entire process took almost 2 months.

I have been with the former and current company (Breezline) for about 10 years. My promotion expired and loyalty rate offer was 80% more than what the promotional rate was. End result, I cancelled my service with a backup plan as I don't want Breezline to have my hard-earned money at present time. The wait time was excessively long for a weekday call at mid-morning. I attempted to down grade from 500 to 200 mbs and the rate was more than the 500. I always have an exit strategy and canceled and signed up with another vendor.

Breezeline are thieves regarding their rate increases. They use the old, "It's not our fault line of BS, blaming the price increases on the TV stations, sports etc. Well how about your outrageous Internet Connectivity charges increases? Mine have doubled in 1 year. Now with the loss of ACP discount, MY INTERNET COSTS will quadruple from what they were 2 years ago. From $11.49 To $44.50. Regarding your cable TV costs, I'M LOCKED INTO THAT BS because I live in an HOA and have no choice But to Pay, due to the infinite wisdom of the powers to be to get into a Ten Year Contract with these Thief Artists. Wonder how much the HOA powers to be got off this BS Rip Off Multi Million Dollar Contract?! If you don't live in an HOA and Have a Choice regarding your cable provider, DON'T CHOOSE BREEZELINE!! Please, Don't Choose Breezeline....... YOU HAVE A CHOICE, I DIDN'T.........

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Terrible service, lying customer service agents and your super shady manipulative business practices. Service canceled in Jan 2024, returned modem. In late March I got an email saying my bill was ready. I had to re-download the app and found a $9.95 credit on my account. I called to get the credit which, no shock, she was not able to issue it and had to escalate. Then they said they did not get my modem back. UPS shows tracking and delivered/signed by Breezeline then after some more "investigation" they found my items BUT now claim they are missing FOUR other modems. Whats going on Breezeline? Nothing was missing for months until I want my credit back then the lies come flooding out.

The techs came to install fiber at my house, no problem, they refused to install the fiber where I wanted so I said I would need to move it after they install it so I don't have a giant ugly box on the wall in my living room. After a couple weeks I'm ready to turn on the service, so I create an account, and required email address, and I already have a 200$ charge on my account?? I put in a support ticket and wait weeks, I check in on the ticket weeks later and they're "still working on it".. I checked for a second time today and they closed the ticket and suspended the account?? I'm checking the email address they provided and the address I signed up with EVERY day, and heard absolutely nothing. Their support team sucks and cannot wait to end the chat, and their website is slow as molasses. I can't recommend their service to anyone.

Terrible company. Been with them for years only due to the fact Comcast doesn’t service where I live. Outages every other week.
