I work from home and as hard as it to maintain employment (by no fault of any person, just the state of the world) I have no room for error; on my own, BUT...Breezeline....my nemesis comes to assist in destroying my home work environment. It should be totally unacceptable but it's accepted for now due to lack of options. I really like living in Colonial Beach; however, would like to move mainly because I want to keep my job! The power went down today during a meeting and I had no receipts to prove the outage. Im so over Breezeline. My husband and I pay the bill faithfully but all we seem to receive is unfaithfulness from Breezeline. This company is definitely NOT for its customers and that's a sin and a shame! I absolutely lied with the one star but considering the internet is on now, I wanted to be fair.

The 90’s WiFi is what is being provided with 2026 high rates. The bill should reflect the service which is $3.00 max per month. It’s so frustrating that the service goes out minimum once per week. If you work from home be prepared to tell your job you will not be reliable. In addition they want to sell you phone service, like can you get the WiFi right first? If any other service provider comes through they will lose 100% of customers. I pay $165.00 for the fastest speed they offer and I am being robbed with no gun.

Eventually had to switch to T-Mobile because I couldn’t even work from home anymore. The service was spotty and when it was connected it barely worked. Constant outages and customer service could NEVER tell you what the issue was just “they’re working on it”..so you’re telling me everyday they’re working on it or every night at 10pm-11pm there’s an outage. Too much money for nothing.

"I have experienced ongoing poor customer service from Breezeline. Despite multiple calls and online chats regarding [issue, e.g., "frequent internet outages" or "too frequent rate increases"], the problem remains unresolved. Representatives are often unhelpful or do not follow through with promised callbacks or fixes. Their voice mail system leaves much to be desired, and hold times keep customers waiting for hours for simple fixes. I’m requesting a resolution to the service issue and an adjustment to my bill for the affected period.

All I wanted to do was change my pin number. I tried to do it with on-line chat, but they said I had to make a phone call. I made the phone call and was kept on voice mail for over an hour. Finally gave up! Customer service at Breezeline is horrible!

Their service always goes out and does not work and when it is out it is awful. If you do a promise to pay they will hit your account twice for the same payment amount. When talking to customer care they over talk you while you are trying to explain what is happening and will keep repeating as a transcript the issue instead of trying to find a resolution. They are the only Internet Provider that is able to be got in the area of location and have had them for 14 years and every year they get worse. Stay clear if you are capable of getting another service provider to your area.

Absolutely the worst internet provider, unreliable it barely works and I am on support calls more often than not. Avoid at all costs. I have used several others and this is by far the least reliable.

So here's how it went. Originally, we had DirectTV and switched to Atlantic Broadband because DirectTV was behind the times and we needed to be able to make long-distance calls. This was a good fifteen years ago. Fast-forward to when Atlantic Broadband gets rebranded to Breezeline: utter trash. Because they decided to replace their cable with streaming (which we specifically did not want because we live in a dead zone) our TV and Internet can and will go out on perfectly clear days for absolutely no reason. Even better, it's usually *only* in our living room, where we usually watch TV. Call someone out, they swap out the boxes, solution maybe lasts a week. Call customer support? I usually have to waste the first five minutes of finally getting a hold of a real person telling them "Yes I already did all that" because they give you the most basic advice of "turn it off and back on again." And for being supposedly 4K, it sure does look like 480 with buffering most days. Not to mention the fact that the few channels we do watch, they keep axing. Lost Newsmax a few years ago, and yesterday they axed WE TV. In exchange, we get a bunch of junk channels that we specifically did not want. Extra bonus to learning today that the reason we're having difficulty in getting a new provider is because Breezeline will buy out areas and not allow others to go there. That's right, your cable and internet providers act on the same monopoly mindset that your utility providers do, so if you do have Breezeline, likely you're stuck with it. If you can, avoid this company like the plague.
