I scheduled Wifi installation and technician was very professional and kind......great customer service

The installation team did a great job on my new service. They checked the exterior connections, allowed me to select the installation location in the house (which was different from the prior owner's location) and setup everything including helping me to customize my network name. They also answered all my questions and were very friendly and well informed. They also finished an earlier appointment ahead of schedule, so called to see if I wanted them to come earlier than my scheduled time which was appreciated.

The technician that performed my install today was an all around great guy. He was very polite and he answered the questions I had. I definitely recommend.
