Your customer service stinks ! Yesterday Sunday 17th August we were without WiFi , internet and TV all day. We called your company, wait time all together 6 hours. 2 who answered the phone took our information including a call back telephone.... just in case... did not worked they either hanged up or we got disconnected. Finally late into the night we called and waited 1 hour until a lady name Cecil was able to help us.

Too many hold on please, you guys need a more human interaction, rather than robotic. propts and hold on please

I was okay with the technician that came out today but got very frustrated with technicians on the phone I will say it's not all their fault, I'm just not good with all this technical stuff and I get nervous

Being able to through someone quickly whe I tried to go get call back. The call disconnected. Representatives are very hard to understand. One representative gave me wrong information. Representative notes did not include all details of the prior call and when I spoke to next call taker they said information I was told was not documented. Requested to speak to supervisor multiple times and was never able to speak to someone. Once I got technician to my home the process went smoothly. Getting to that point was painful

I liked your people that came out and did the work. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I didn't like my phone conversations with your phone helplines.

My bill was suppose to be $35/month as I signed up for auto pay and paperless. I was billed $50 and did pay that.
