Internet was good however there was a price hike so I decided to cancel the service and I returned the equipment then someone called me and convinced me to keep them at a lower rate so I said okay and she said the equipment would be sent out in 2 days however when I called to inquire about the equipment because I didn't receive it they had no knowledge of it they want to transfer me everywhere the English is not good at all the wait times are horrendous the chat can't help you with anything even when they put a live person on so I'm very disappointed with Breezeine very
Customer service is awful.... and it's been many dates of trying to speak with them

This will be a review of several calls…
This will be a review of several calls with Breezeline, whether through phone or online website chat. They are not customer friendly, do not provide good customer service and I have been disconnected from chats when asking for an answer to a question.
Today, 1/16/2026, started a chat, provided my email address, phone number and account other account information, since they indicate if we are disconnected they will call me right back. After a brief description of the problem, it then took several minutes to locate more security related information from the site which I was having difficulty following the instructions since they were incomplete. I then asked for the rep to call me, the rep responded with I needed to call the support number and abruptly ended the chat with me! I then reconnected to the chat, got the same person, this time I requested more details to locating the security information requested, FINALLY located it and the rep then made the requested changes to my account, which as an account holder I did not have the permissions to perform. TERRIBLE support...Could have simply called me and this would have been resolved in half the time....
Other events in the past, I was looking to get my bill lowered since it increased a couple times in a few months and so in discussions the rep was blunt, and disrespectful. Of course, these folks are the only internet provider that is represented in the area so we are stuck with them...Breezeline is not as bad as Verizon, but getting close!

Highly DONT recommend
I have the best wifi they have to offer and my bill is nearly $200 a month. My wifi cuts anywhere between 5-20 times a day atkeast 5. They finally sent a tech in October November time and it's still happening and they do nothing to help me. I work from home my kids learn from home and it's awfully embarrassing 5 times a day apologizing to teachers and students.

I wish I could upload screenshots
I wish I could upload screenshots. All I wanted to do was transfer my service. But let me back up to the beginning.
My sign up included a $200 gift card... several months (yes, months) later they say they shipped a $150 gift card which never arrived.
The service was horrible, completely unreliable until I called and let them know that I needed to cancel my service bc I work from home and need reliable service. Maybe it was coincidence but it magically started working again. And all went well, UNTIL........ I tried to move my service. I'll type in the conversation after validation since I cannot upload screenshots of the conversation.
Agent - Thank you! In the new home will any additional services be needed?
Me - no
Agent - Okay, sure! We do have a promotional offer right now on cell service where you can get up to $25 off a line. We do have an unlimited plan with unlimited data, talk, and text for $35 montly pre-tax. Are your devices paid off or unlocked to be used on any carrier?
(5 min later) Agent - Are you still with me?
Me - sorry, yes I am here.... just at work
Me - I dont need anything other than to move my service.
Agent - No worries! We do have an unlimited plan with unlimited data, talk and text for $35 monthly pre-tax. If anything changes, you can add mobile at any time. We do also have other services that can qualify you for additional discount as well. Our landline service is $19.99 monthly with call features like call waiting, caller ID, call forwarding, etc. We also do have tv services where our tv plans automatically include local news, local sports, ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, and FOX with 150 hours of recording. One moment here to work on the transfer order for you.
Me - WTF???
Me - Why is it so hard to move my service? (Now I'm irritated and not playin anymore...in my defense, having been asked if I wanted addtl services TWICE already and having answered BOTH times... AND having already told her that I was at work... I didnt actually read all the way to the "one moment while we work on it for you" part at the end)
Agent - I am working on this now for you. The new home requires a technician to come out to install services. When is a good day and time for you?
Me - any day next week, any time
Agent - Perfect! Does 5/19 from 830-1030 work for you?
Me - Yes. Thank you!
Agent - Of course! The technician will call up to 3 times on the number ending in 7163 to verify someone is home, pleaese make sure you answer or the technician will assume no one is home. The current services will be disconnected on 5/20. You are all set. Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
Me - nope, that's everything. Thank you
Agent - My pleasure! Thank you for being a part of the Breezeline family, have a good day and as always, stay safe out there!
So, a few thoughts for BREEZELINE... No means NO. Stop trying to upsell your customers after they say no.

They don't care about you
Speeds are okay, never what it's suppose to be. Even the best aftermarket equipment still doesn't give you the speed you pay for. They will let new customers pay 1/4 of the regular price for 2 years. They really don't care about existing customers the best they will do is give you 20$ off for 3 months. I'm suppose to get 1000 mbps even at 3am i might get 700. And my router supports 2.5 gig speeds.

Make Breezeline a Last Resort
If you can get something else get it. Breezeline is not stable it goes down every day. I could be watching regular television and all of a sudden it tries to turn on Netflix. Our guest wifi disappears constantly. This is not you get what you pay for because their prices are very expensive.
Just needed to add this because it is not the first time. As I said Breezeline should be your last resort. It is New Year's Eve and we have been without cable or internet since 10AM. There were no issues prior to this so why now. They have a habit of having connectivity issues on important television days like today. This isn't the first time. Election night and the Super Bowl have been others. You should never do work like this on holidays or the day before and of a big event. That is Computer work 101.

Use any other internet provider…
If you live at an address that can be serviced by any other provider you should go with the alternative. From the first contact after moving to an area that it was satellite or these yahoos for cable internet we chose Breezeline. Less than half the month did we get more than half the speed we paid for. 5 months after beginning service the bill more than doubled. They said nothing could be done that the promotion period had ended. A few weeks later a new company begins running cable and offers 300 mbps faster speed for less money with 2 years of rate guaranteed. Been trying to cancel my service for days, they transferred me to extensions with no workers when you call during business hours, and get the call back during business hours when you call any other time. The online attendant can't stop service and it appears there are no actual employees that can stop service either.
