After calling technical service about our poor performing service , Roy set up appt. to replace our equipment at n/c on Jan. 2. He suggested I go to their new fiber service. He said this would be a better deal than what we have now and the equipment change would be nil. I talked to customer service they suggested 1 gig fiber service for $49.99 and the lease for the router would stay the same. Monthly cost stays about the same $57.98. When the order summary came in I noticed the fiber cost was $118.99 with a 6 month net of $49.99. This "PROMO DEAL was not mentioned. I called customer service and asked about the "1 gig internet deal for $40. for 5 years promo" I was told I did not qualify" That is bait and switch. I call this pure ELDER ABUSE. They suggested I take the current program and check back in 5 months to see if a better deal is available.. Be very carefully and get everything in writing. Let the buyer beware.

Very poor looking into former charges, and even a poorer attempt to resolve issue.

Had scheduled our install for December 24th today between 4:30PM and 6:30PM. Right before Christmas Eve. Whole family visiting and plan for movies and games. Breezeline no showed even after I called to verify they were coming. They didn’t call. Didn’t email. Didn’t text. Just no showed. Worst service I have ever seen. Worst company. No customer service.

Without advanced notice, Breezeline decided to get rid of all email addresses using the @atlanticbb.net server. I have used this as my personal email address for work, for banking, for everything personal since signing up with Atlantic BB almost 6 years ago. No notice AND they’re not fixing it. A week ago, I noticed I wasn’t getting any emails at all. Long story short, as of 7 days ago, any email sent to me has bounced and will continue to do so until I change my email address with every single site, business, person I’ve given it to. I’m changing providers today.

Two days lost, hours on hold, 3 chats (kept getting disconnected) entering the same info over and over and OVER again. Renting a modem that failed and when it worked it was losing internet several times a day. If you work from home, stream or game DO NOT GET BREEZELINE. Worst customer service ever. We were told a replacement modem would arrive the next day, now after going through the entire chat process again told it will be 2-3 business days. On hold again as we speak to cancel the modem. Ordered Amazon 1 day delivery for a Netgear compatible cable modem which is the same cost of renting one of their garbage modems for 11 months. If I had a choice to switch to a different company I would, unfortunately our choices are limited. Anyway, spent my 27 min of on hold time writing this review. Oh and do not choose option one for a callback, it disconnects your call!

Breezeline SUCKS AGAIN! First issue is that the speeds are never what they sell. When it was wow internet the speeds were always at or 5% above the service you purchased. Breezeline changed that so max is at best 10% below advertized speeds. I contacted service dept and that is the quote they stated to me. Also they stated my modem a Motorola 8611 was not an approved modem for customer ownership yet it is listed on their approved modem list along with the 8600 model and the previously stated 8611 model. Customer bservice continud to state it was my fault and not theirs. Total crap and lousy customer service Now add on to the outages. They are common. Don't believe the trust pilot AI statement! Call or text your neighbors. I don't like people using the "Ring neighborhood" communication for this but many other donand it works. When I do contact other mber I find that all with breezeline in my area are still out of service We were promised when Breezeline took over WOW internet we were assured better connectivity and service and not to worry about our internet. Well they suck so bad neighbors have switched to other providers. Which I am looking into. Outages are reported by txt msg and also say when they are fixed. In reality they usually are not, but breezeline states this and then states in the txt msg to reset your router then if it doesn't work to use their app to have them resend activation to your modem. I've done that several times. It never fixes the issue. In reality the service is still down but since they send the text out they can state the response time is high and the down time is low thus giving them a higher reliability rating and service score. It's total BULLCRAP! The service is actually still down and after it is finally repaired usually found out by calls to other neighbors in the area or by ring neighborhood comunications using cell service it takes a call to customer support. At least that's what breezeline calls it. It should be called "customer blame line" since the first thing they say is " it's your modem, restart it", then after you redo what you already told them you did they say " Oh you own your own modem, what model is it" they already know the model since you have to either tell them or select it on their app or website when you set it up. FYI it takes a call Everytime. Then you get the response " Oh that model is not supported" and the response to that is from me " YES IT IS! ITS CLEARLY STAYED ON YOUR COMPANIES WEBSITE THAT THIS MODEL MOTOROLA 8611 IS APPROVED!" They then say hold on because it's not in their pre printed script and put you on hold When they eventually do come back they say " Well the modem may or may not work and we would like to send a technician out, but you will have to pay us to do that." The company and support is a joke. Don't believe what they say and check online if you have cell service call neighbors and find the real truth and real problem. Usually the line isn't fixed and many other people have these same issues. Breezeline justs wants more of your money and a better rating. What they should really have is an extremely poor rating for service and customer service. Trust Pilot's AI generated review says that Breeseline is great with great support and reliability yet the customer review star system is 1.5 out of 5. Figure that out. Stay away from them. THEY SUCK

Breezeline is the worst internet provider I've ever had, so after years of frustration, I decided to cancel it. I installed a new service from a different provider and called Breezeline to cancel their service. At that point, they offered me an upgraded service, better prices, and a free month of service, which I rejected, but I was told their service would be running for 30 extra days at no charge. To my surprise, even after returning the equipment and having the service of another company, I found out that Breezelina had made another withdrawal from my bank account. I called to complain, and I was told that I had to call to claim my money after the supposedly free month expired, and that was on October 13. I called them on October 21st. and they said I would receive a check in the mail in 14 days. Since I haven't received the check, I called today, November 13, and was told they sent it on November 7, but I should allow 3 extra weeks to receive it. I never heard of the USPS taking 3 weeks to deliver a check in the USA. NEVER USE BREEZELINE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE THE WORST INTERNET AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
