If I could give a zero, I would. Internet service drops a couple times per day, have to reset the router multiple times per week... Streaming TV fails at least once per month and always same...fixed in two hours and ends up being several hours outage. Folks on live chat have no idea what they are doing but want to sell you additional cell service.... NOT.... $215 for TV and 500mb snails pace service that always drops when folks are home after work... terrible infrastructure, terrible prices, terrible service support.

Avoid at all cost!!!!
One of the worst, if not THE worse ISPs, I ever had or had to deal with. If it wasn't because they have a monopoly in the building I live in, I would have gotten rid of them a long time ago! Over the last year, I've been either on the phone with them or in their chats troubleshooting internet and tv problems with them. Replaced equipment several times and still the same issues keep popping up. What's even more frustrating is when I reference previous calls and complaints they claim they have no record of it. Recently, when requesting replacement equipment they either make it really difficult or completely drop the call while telling me to wait for them to arrange it. Completely unprofessional. Thankfully my building just announced they are bringing in Google Fiber this year and the minute it is up you can bet I am done with Breezeline.

A representative barged into my home
A representative barged into my home. If I could rate 0 I would. I answered the door because I thought it was maintenance and I told him I didn't need wifi and he came into my home. He immediately got on the phone with the breezeline represenatives and then did not leave until I gave him the information. I had to call right after to cancel because he invaded my home and cancel. DO NOT ANSWER THE DOOR to these people. This is ridiculous.

I was hoping I was wrong...
Ive had breezeline before, I liked it. But this time around not so much, my appointment was canceled without my knowledge- and I work nights. So I worked all night to have to get up early to get my equipment installed, the window passes, nothing. Then I have to go through the grueling process of getting verified just for my phone number to be "unverified" even though it was verifiable through the agent. Then once I waited to get to an agent, they tell me my credit report was flagged and they needed my license to get service. Why is an internet company checking my credit? Why? I sold breezeline, when I still had the opinion of it being a stellar service. NEVER AGAIN. This company can go shove it. My recommendation, if you want pure Fiber go with literally anywhere else.

Cancelled Without Notice, Tried to Touch My Card Anyway
Signed up for Breezeline on January 8th, scheduled an installation for January 12th, and spent the morning expecting something resembling a functioning business. Silly me. No technician showed up. No call. No email. Just radio silence. Apparently, their customer service strategy is “Ignore the customer until they break down and call us, then hope they’re too polite to notice we canceled their installation without telling them.” Genius. Truly innovative.
When I called at 12:35 p.m. on January 12th, I learned my appointment was canceled because of some vague, mysterious “verification” nonsense. They wanted IDs and expected uploads to some sketchy link, despite already running a hard inquiry. Naturally, we said no. Then we politely told them to close the account, removed autopay, and yanked the debit card off the account. Service never started. No equipment. No internet. Account closed. End of story. Or so logic would suggest.
Fast forward to January 13th: a $0 pre-authorization magically appears on my removed card. Yes, after the account was canceled and the card removed. I called again, recorded the call (legally, thanks to one-party consent), and the rep confirmed: “No active service. No charges. No hardware delivered.” Yet their billing system still decided it was a good time to fantasize about taking money anyway. Bravo. Truly cutting-edge chaos engineering.
Silent cancellations, zero communication, arbitrary verification demands, and billing systems that apparently exist in a parallel universe where reality and logic are suggestions. This isn’t a glitch. This is corporate incompetence elevated to an art form. If this is how they treat potential customers who explicitly cancel, imagine the rollercoaster of terror once they actually have your money.
Breezeline: perfect if your life goal is to experience a masterclass in how not to run a business. You’ll leave scratching your head, questioning humanity, and wondering how anyone could charge people for this level of dysfunction. Go literally anywhere else unless your hobby is frustration and bewilderment.

Bad service
I have breezeline and at first I could watch TV on my phone also. But now when I tried it keeps saying that there is a problem and if I want to do it I can choose a plan. I already have breezeline. Just another way for them to steal more money for lousy service. I have problems with there service and if you call them you get someone that speaks with bad English and can't understand them. I also get warnings saying your ethernet is not connected so have to unplug tv and modem then reconnect both. Don't get breezeline

I canceled with them
I canceled with them. They basically wasted 1hr of my time trying to get me to stay with them. Badgering me for why, who and everything else. I was hit with a $350 bill for the modem and other stuff they provided. I already sent it back to them in the mail. So I guess they are trying to get whatever they can out of me yet. The service was overpriced and always lost signal
