It's was good

My tech got me in earlier than planned, he texted to let me know when he was leaving his previous job and let me know when he was close. Very fast and friendly, great job and I love my Internet.

the proccess of reaching the proper person at your call center was laborious and time consuming. i had to speak with 3 people before i got the right person and even then it was my insistence the problem was in my home and not a network outage that got me on the schedule for a home visit. the reason i give 5 stars is the field technician was great. he came prepared. he located and fixed my problem quickly and effienctly. before he left he made sure my tv streaming & my wifi network was working properly.

Serive is 95% perfct wife and connection. Some connection problems for streaming but overall good

The technician sent to my house was ONE IN A MILLION. BOY! Did he know his stuff!!! Fixed EVERYTHING! I am extremely pleased.
