Great technician knew how to do the job right.

I had multiple problems with my service cutting out a minimum of 15 times a day. I replaced my old laptop and tv, thinking they were the problem. I called, ready to change providers, these replacements (and help with phone techs) did not help. I still have a home phone, and it was completely lost. I called again(using my cell) and was set up with a home tech appointment. Joseph showed up a few minutes early, with a smile and explained what he was going to do and went to work immediately. He replaced a cable, and checked the equipment inside. He was friendly and confident. Since he finished, I haven't experienced an outage at all. Thanks to Joseph, I will remain a Breezeline customer.

Breezeline sent someone right away to try and find my problem, they did and fixed it, they called ahead to say they were on their way .. friendly and very courteous while in my home Elijah was beyond helpful and explained everything he was doing.. also I like the way Breezeline works with me to keep my cost affordable for me.. thank you ..
