BreezelineReviews of breezeline.com

Joann is an extremely wonderful tele agent. Thorough, extremely knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile on her own volition to help improve my experience with your products, Great rapore, lovely warm disposition. Just the best. Boris was terrific, clear, thoughtful, well-informed and great personality.

Rep was knowledgeable, well spoken and clearly understood.

Very friendly staff, and reliable service.

My technician arrived on time, was very friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my problem was resolved before leaving. Thank you so much for helping this single momma out with bored children.

Quick and fast very reliable

All of your technicians are stellar. On the other hand it’s the phone service and waiting time I deplore. You rarely get anyone who speaks English or you get an AI bot. If I do get a real person it’s only after I’ve been circulated on the phone for nearly an hour. That’s why I get in my car and drive to your Altoona office to get a technician scheduled….all done in 20 min. Look at Spectrum. We have them in FL. English speaking customer service and real people who answer within 3 min and care.

efficient and friendly, got job done in allotted time

The tech rep I had Ramsey was very professional and extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He is a great asset for Breezeline.
