The walking sticks are sturdy and beautiful. I bought two of the shortest walking sticks to aid in transitioning away from two canes following an accident. Walking is often painful and unsteady, but the walking sticks help me stand straighter while exercising damaged muscles. It's all an adventure!

I gave a gift certificate to my brother. He had questions but there was no phone number to call. He was happy with the quality of the cane he selected but questions whether he ordered the correct size.

I received the exotic cane that I ordered. It had scrapes and scratches on the shaft. It also came with a very UGLY handle. I have tried to get a replacement, but I did not get any help from Brazos Customer Support. I then decided to send it back for a refund, it took many tries to reach Brazos Customer Support but Brazos won't send a return label. Clearly this whole problem is of their doing. I should not have to pay return shipping for Brazos problem. I am waiting for a reason why Brazos won't pay shipping and to get a return authorization. This has been going on since October 28, today is VETERANS DAY! Probably have many more days to go. I will update if and when Brazos makes good.

Lovely cane, nice weight, height, and ergonomic fit. The wood is lovely, and I should know since my husband builds furniture. Great job!
