I bought a second cane after cutting the first one too short. Love the first cane which was perfect, new cane is large for my hand with an overall thicker diameter and looks bulkier. That's the risk of ordering sight unseen, can't pick the one that's "just right". I can live with that, it was my choice to order this way. Would really recommend you size the canes you sell. It's not just a matter of cutting it shorter, the end of the cane is narrowed to fit in the stopper and when it's cut it no longer fits and has to be narrowed again. A better product would come with this done already, sized to fit. Not everyone has the tools to do this and the finish is gone also. I did not have the talent to make it look as good as you did.

This is my second Brazos stick. I have received compliments for my first stick up and down the east coast. I ordered the second as a back-up.

The walking stick I received is truly beautiful! Great craftsmanship! My brother will love it.

I thought customer service was excellent. I had ordered 3 walking sticks but one was - my mistake - ordered the wrong size. I e-mailed them my error and a quick response solved the problem. The CS rep. even re-contacted me to give me more information. The walking sticks are just as I supposed - excellent quality.
