A Lifesaver 🥰 My oak fitness walking stick was a Christmas gift. It arrived early and I promised not to peek. However, my arthritis came to visit which made it difficult for me to get around. Service was excellent! The product is beautiful, wonderful craftsmanship. The instructions on sizing were very helpful and accurate.

Actually I would rate more like a 3.5 star almost a 4. The ordering experience was not good as they have no customer service line to call after an order is processed should you need to make an immediate change/correction. They only have email which is answered the next day which is too late to adjust an incorrect order and their response is there is nothing they can do at that point and you will still receive the original order at full charge. Moral of the story is know "exactly" what you want for the type of person you are buying for old or young. As a result I received the incorrect order and the new order I processed immediately after to make sure it made it by XMas. The quality of the product is excellent so far and well loved by the recipient. I would order again, but would make absolutely certain what is the best height and weight of the stick based on planned use and other comments.
