My product was supposedly shipped on Feb 9th. Today, 2 weeks after the UPS tracking number reads only label created. There is no way to contact customer service. The couple emails that I have sent have been ignored. At this point, I feel very disappointed with the purchase process and the non existing customer service. I hope they are only falling behind on shipping and that I will receive my product...

I was very disappointed with the customer service. I could not contact anyone by phone. My emails were slowed to be returned and definitely not answered in a professional way. The responder completely avoided or never read the entire email to answer the questions that I had. Although I put "urgent" on my email they still took too long to respond and never addressed the urgent need.
