Great product…great service…

Great job on my 5 stick order. Gift to guys that completed a discipleship course. They are shepherds and this stick was the perfect gift. Thank you!

I bought this as a birthday gift for my husband. The ease of ordering and quality of products is superb.

I was thrilled with my first purchase. Lovely wood & stain. I ought to have researched the wood finishes more thoroughly prior to ordering the second one, however, it's still a beautiful item as well as useful. I now can actually stride when I walk. So thankful for your work. Can't say enough praise. God bless.

Great customer service! One of the sticks I ordered was defective. I sent an email and two days later I received notice a replacement was on the way.

Packaged well, timely delivery. Product perfect!

No updated information on shipping progress. After a week the order still said it was awaiting shipment, but when I inquired it had been delivered.

Customer Service handled my request to ship my product to another location without issue. The only problem was that the first delivery of the item had been removed and my nephew was disappointed. However, after contacting the company to notify them another replacement was shipped out immediately and was received unopened. My relative loves his walking stick and I am a satisfied customer.
