It’s nice that it is lightweight, and it helps with my balance to hopefully prevent falling. It is expensive but I like that it’s made in Texas!

I have an oak walking stick I purchased in March 2021 and have used it to help me maintain my balance while taking walks in the area. I mainly purchased the walking stick to "force" me to walk upright because I had a tendency, as I got older, to walk bent at the waist which caused lower back soreness after a walk. I recently purchased a hickory walking stick which I also use and alternate use with my oak stick.

Worst customer service ever. No ability to speak to a person. Everything is by email and response time is minimum 1 day. Canceled my order before it shipped. I received no response until after the item shipped and I was informed the order could not be canceled since it was already shipped. I will never reccomend or purchase anything from Brazzos again.

This time it is the ironwood walking stick. Ordering and site navigation were easy, shipping was quick and sticks were safely packaged. I like the rustic finish and the sticks feel light but solid and this is exactly what I was looking for.

The promotion that you ran for buy one and get one Ironwood walking stick was very vague. I didn't see anywhere in the offer that it was only for two 48" sticks. Very disappointing. Also, I ordered engraving on our sticks and that wasn't done. I'm not very impressed with your customer service.

I purchased my walking stick back in February. I rec'd a tracking number, but have not received anything else. The tracking number states that the label has been created, but not processed or shipped. I have already paid for this on my credit card. It seems a little disturbing that i have not been able to contact anyone there to help solve this problem. My order number is 54629 if anyone there is willing to check.

I have purchased several canes from Brazos and have been very happy. There was a BOGO sale on 48 inch walking sticks. I recently had major back surgery and was using an old walking stick I cut down to 48 inches. I thought having a few more would not be a bad idea. The walking sticks were finished well but they were very thin and the leather loop was small. Since I have peripheral neuropathy these are difficult to hold. I thought they would be a bit thicker. Please understand everything is well made but a better description as to circumference would have helped.
