This is my second Brazos walking stick. I had previously purchased an Oak Travelers stick. Both are beautifully made and a pleasure to hike with. I'm very pleased! 👍

I’ve had my walking stick for awhile and every time I use it I always get compliments and questions about where/how I got it. I also needed a new ferrule for it, and you guys helped me get the right one 🤙🏽☺️

The travelers stick arrived within a week and was in good order , thank you. A week earlier I wrote you regarding two previous travelers sticks I have owned : the center piece in both splintered after about a year due to the bronze fittings working loose from the screw. I asked about center piece replacements, but did not receive an answer.

My husband loves the cane-apparently someone else did too as it was stolen while he set it down for 10 min at a clothing store. Happy to be able to get him the 2nd one. Thanks for making a sturdy cane and attractive one at that!!!

Apparently, Brazos no longer makes canes for taller individuals according to Briggs Healthcare, the company’s customer service contact. I am 6’1” and have purchased several Brazos canes over a number of years without problem. They make a very good cane. The cane I ordered recently was too short and the Briggs customer service contact indicated that longer canes are not available. The company’s current customer service can only be contacted by email, it typically takes a day to receive a reply and the replies are simply unsatisfactory. The customer service experience was terrible and it is a waste of time dealing with Briggs Healthcare “customer service” department.
