Great cane!! I had to work to buy it, however. Your website didn't like my attempt to purchase after I logged in. I tried several different browsers as suggested by you and almost gave up. I decided to just buy as a guest not logged in and that finally worked. I tried to register the cane but that website no longer exists, apparently, so couldn't get that accomplished either. In the end, I would do it all over again because it is a fantastic cane that I really like.

I recently suffered a severe relapse of my MS due to aggressive chemoradiation and immuno-oncology therapies for esophageal cancer. In re-hab I began using a walker which I found to be useful but unattractive and cumbersome when travelling. I came upon your web site and was impressed with your avaiable selections of cane styles and woods. Initially, I ordered the 37" twisted oak crook net cane and subsequently a 37" sumac root cane. Both arrived promptly. They are well made, comfortable, perfect length and quite stylish. While I generally use a wheel chair, my canes encourage me and allow me to get up and walk without fear of falling. I've gotten quite a few compliments on both canes from my friends and cancer care team. I have strongly recommended your products to the members of my MS and cancer support groups. If I live long enough, I plan to order more of your canes.

Beautiful cane delivered in a timely manner. The cane is just what I was looking for. It was packaged somewhat lightly (only because of treatment of packages by carriers these days) but it was fine. A little disappointed that the cane did not come with a rubber "foot". I guess I needed to order that extra with the wrist-strap but I can find them anywhere or at Brazos. I am very happy with my purchase and have my eye on a couple more of these beauties. Thank You!

Inadequate and superficial response to problem Modification not even offered as an option. Had to contact twice at two different emails. WORST: No phone support. Period. Nada.

I ordered 6 large walking stick rubber ferrules. I was not sent the proper ferrules. The rubber ferrules that were sent do not have the Brazos emblem, are the wrong material and color and appear to not be the same size. There is not even a picture on the website of the ferrules I was sent. I have ordered these same tips several times in the past without issue but these were clearly not the same. After reaching out to customer service I was told the items I ordered were out of stock and that they sent replacements that they thought were similar. I responded back that I should have been given the option and not just sent different tips. I then asked that a manager contact me and provided my telephone number since there is no phone contact on the website. I also asked that the proper tips be sent when they became available. The response back indicated a call center has not been set up, with my other requests for a call back and proper items sent being ignored. Once again I contacted the representative and asked that the items I originally ordered be sent to me when they became available. The representative then responded back that Brazos no longer carry’s or sells the rubber tips. I believe the representative was tired of dealing with me and made up an excuse that the items were no longer sold. In my frustration I reached out on Facebook messenger and included the email thread. Shortly after somebody from Brazos said that they will have the representative I was dealing with contact me, which they did and miraculously the items I originally ordered became available and were sent to me. This review is not necessarily a reflection of Brazos but of the company they are using for customer service issues. Moving forward it would be nice to deal directly with Brazos; with the ability to contact them directly via phone and email. The company they are using does not appear to acting in their best interests.
