Replacement Cane Tips, very good site

Pressing 1 connects you with the most amazing woman. Her name is Leigh and she is the customer service representative at Brazos. My original hiking stick order shipped and disappeared into the Northern California UPS twilight zone never to be found again. Leigh and I chatted several days in a row, she is quite fun to talk with, each day UPS promised her my order was on the truck and more importantly on it's way to me. Fairy tales have more hope of coming true. After a week of UPS tall tales of hope, Leigh told me a new hiking stick was being prepared and would be shipped "OVERNIGHT". WOO HOO!! I thought, but UPS still had more obstacles awaiting us. My second shipment also started to slip into the twilight zone. Leigh has a few tricks of her own though. It wasn't but a few hours after her conversation with UPS staff that my hiking stick arrived safe and sound. Pretty awesome since I have a hiking trip planned for this weekend with classmates. With this type of customer service I knew in my heart that my hiking stick would be awesome and I wasn't disappointed. I added a few extra options and they were spot on as well. An amazing product, but more importantly amazing customer service. Thank you, Leigh!! Terri Nusbaum Sacramento, California

Haven't received the product. However, website is great!

beautiful walking stick

I have an oak walking stick that I love. It was a natural to choose Brazos for a cane.

I am very happy with my new staff. I am looking forward to shopping for another one soon.

Best Father’s Day gift ever!
