Love my new stick!

Exactly what I was looking for. Beautiful design and nice weight to my walking stick.

The walking stick was ok, but I received an email while it was in transit saying that they were offering an upgraded tip for anyone who bought the same stick as me. I inquired to see if they would include one for my stick and was told no. I've dealt with other companies on similar issues and they've always taken the high road and made their customer (me) happy. I guess this company doesn't want my future business and they won't get it.

I can say that the ordering process was super easy, that when I had a question and emailed the company I got a quick response, and that my walking stick arrived as promised. I was emailed when it shipped, which was helpful, so I could watch for it. The stick and the engraving are beautiful! However, the stick is a Christmas gift for my boyfriend so I cannot attest to its efficiency and strength walking with it. But the buying process was phenomenal!

I was thrilled when my Brazos walking stick arrived! It was beautiful, amazing and the craftwork was unsurpassed! I haven't been able to take my usual walks due to a herniated lumbar disc & sciatica and now knee trouble. Aging isn't for sissies! My lovely, sturdy, burnished red walking stick is a game/life changer! Thank you.
