Brazos Walking SticksReviews of brazos-walking-sticks.com

Shopping ws quick and easy.

I ordered two walking sticks. One was perfect when it arrived, the second was missing its text message. I contacted customer service right away. I received an apology (I wasn't really upset -- it happens!) immediately. Within a short time, I was sent a replacement stick with the correct text and an address label to return the original stick. Brazos has made this grandmother and her two grandsons very, very happy. The company surpassed its reputation for high quality products and superior customer care. Now I just need to convince my family to buy me a Brazos cane!

I just received confirmation. Wrong size and no link to reply the correction. So now I have to spend time figuring out how to correct it. I really miss the thoroughness of ordering online. Companies should verify.

Got this as a gift, glad I am able to customize.

User friendly and customer oriented

A very handsome product. They even called to verify the inscription. I love small businesses especially those in TX.

Beautiful walking stick. Comfortable fit and nice engraving.

I am a Disabled Vietnam Vet. The oak walking stick I received from Brazos is beautiful. The engraving is also very professionally done. I am so pleased with your quality of workmanship and skill in your making of the walking stick I received from you. I have had so many compliments on its beauty and sturdiness. Keep up the excellent workmanship. I will be ordering another one. And letting everyone know where to order the walking sticks - From Brazos.
