The cane I ordered is great. But their web site is very hard to navigate and their staff is very rude, when trying to deal with them.

I purchased the walking stick for my father who had knee surgery, and it arrived completely broken in half. Brazos replied within 2 hours of my email and had the replacement shipped out. A very stout, high quality staff that fits the bill on top of outstanding customer service!

I placed an order and paid customs on the package then find out that it is being returned to the sender as UPS has been trying to contact Brazos Walking Sticks for over a week to get the commercial invoice so I can receive my order. I have emailed Brazos Walking Sticks to have this resolved but have yet to hear back... very disappointing first impression....

It takes a truly creative writer to come up with a reason for five-starring an order for three ferrules that attracts an audience and wins its approval. But I'll try. And all I think Brazos's customers need to know is that I love my walking stick and, no, you can't have it. And I'm not sharing my three spiffy new ferrules either. Just know that you can ask Brazos for excellent service and they will deliver, Alright, Brazos, how did I do? Five stars? Uh huh. Not very creative? That's alright. I'll just go for a walk with my Brazos walking stick. That always makes me feel better.

Just an FYI. When we received the shipment the one end of the tube was completely open. We checked out the walking stick and it was in great shape. You might want to make sure the ends of the shipping tubes are better secured for shipment. Gerry
