I love your website and how easy it is to order your products, as well as the occasional email telling me of a special sale happening. Your products always arrive on time or early and are so good looking, high quality. I know IF I were to ever have an issue, I could contact you all and you'd be quick to work towards a solution. Even when I had an order in and you had the awful fire, you still got my cane to me in record time. Thank you for such dependable service!

We are so happy with all the canes we bought from you. 1 Walking stick. With name engraved on it. We have 4 canes. 1 that has my husbands name is engraved on it. It has already saved him from leaving it in a Doctor’s office. We bought a special sale and received 2 plus 1 bonus cane. Kind of wished we had had them engraved. We would recommend your canes to anyone. In fact we already have. Thank you for these wonderful canes.

Product shipped quickly and was packaged well. This was a gift for my father. He loves it! The walking stick is sturdy and beautiful.

Tried ordering replacement tips for the walking stick i purchased my father and ordered the wrong size because I had to guess. It would have been very helpful for you to list the replacement tip needed for the walking stick with its description. I shouldn't have to contact customer service to figure that out.

Excellent quality and spectacular looking piece of useable art. It is high grade artisan crafting and durable and great for using in the hills and mountains.

The service is great!! Ordered a walking stick and the only thing that arrived was the mailing tube! I emailed them and they were right on it. We received the walking stick a few days later!!
