I emailed customer service over 3-weeks ago as I was disappointed in the amount of bend in my newly purchased stick. I received the bounce back reply that I would be contacted. Never heard back.

I ordered the same walking stick about 5 years ago and it was quite a bit larger in diameter… felt like a man’s stick! Unfortunately it was stolen from my vehicle, I was hoping I would get the same or close to the same stick, but the one I received is about a half inch less in diameter. I just can’t get used to it. I use it all the time as I am disabled and this stick just seems a little wimpy. I constantly got compliments on my old stick and people usually asked where I got it, but so far nothing on this one.
