One year out, still no order or helpful customer service...
I placed an order on Brathwait in **12/2021** and still have not received it. For the customer service reps reading these reviews, the order # is 100055685. I emailed in Feb and April and got the same response as other reviewers here (sorry it's late; supply chain issues; etc). They also offered a 20% discount twice but I never actually received it. I emailed them again over a week ago and have not received a response. It seems Brathwait knows how to take an order, charge my credit card, but then forgets how to actually fulfill the order and communicate with their customers.

My husband has several Brathwait…
My husband has several Brathwait watches and absolutely loves them. I ordered him a replacement Minimalistic model as the 2 year old one he had just stopped working, on Black Friday and am hoping to have it by Christmas. Over the pandemic I tried ordering for his birthday, Christmas, etc. They took my money same day but never heard back on shipping. Understandably the pandemic caused issues, but now I am experiencing the same issues. Received an email telling me that they are experiencing delays, but no info on when the watch will be shipped. Sent emails to the correct support mailbox and no one replies. What I don't get is....why advertise and take orders when they cannot meet the demand. Get with it Brathwait....either fulfill your orders or get out of business!

SCAM COMPANY ..AVOID!
Brathwait will take your money and never deliver the goods. I have been waiting 7 months for my order and i keep getting the same copy and paste response from their terrible customer support. This seems to be the case for the vast majority of customers. Scam company ... do not give them your money

Unable send to Europe
They are unable to send a package to Europe. I had to cancel my order 2x. I was waiting more than 6 months. Very disappointed.

Does this company have any employees?
Leaving another review as it seems to be the only way I receive a reply. Still had no reply via email or Instagram. The only reply I received was to my previous review where the company accused me of mistyping their email address and that’s why I’ve not received a reply. Laughable. Can someone from the company please contact me directly as I’ve sent several emails (email address spelled correctly) and have had no response. Also sent several messages via Instagram message and had no response.

This company has become a scammer
This company has become a scammer. Ordered with them years ago, watch quality was great. Two weeks ago I ordered again, but this time they never give any shipment updates. I emailed customer support several times chasing for update but they never replied. Avoid this company.

Scam!!
Ordered watch 6 months ago and no shipping but I was charged Then they lied and sent a shipping email with the usps info and it was l fake Then they said they would give me a refund and it’s been a week Wow !! This company is a scammer and it seems like they are falling apart. Don’t lose your money. Go get a mvmt watch or something similar

We do have slightly longer wait times for some of our models and unfortunately, it looks like your order might have been affected. We have looked into your order and see that after your cancellation request, our support team processed and sent your refund on 10/01/2022 at 7 pm. Refunds usually take 2-4 business days to credit to your account. We kindly ask you to please recheck your statement in case you have overlooked the credit. While we do send out order confirmations, both these and the actual shipping information is automatically generated by Shopify and will only be sent out when the order goes out. I’ve ordered 2 watches from Brathwait…
I’ve ordered 2 watches from Brathwait in the past. Like many others, my black leather NATO strap broke. Paid for a replacement in January or February of 2021, and still no strap. In fact, they only recently created an order number. I asked for a replacement strap recommendation from another brand until mine shipped. No response. I get supply chain issues, but based on unacceptable customer service, I just want a refund. Or a recommendation for a similar black leather strap from another brand that might suffice for the classic slim. BTW, here’s my order number. 100055805 Here’s your chance to do something.
