The company has obviously changed because my second experience could not have been worse... look at all these horrible reviews. I ordered a 2nd watch on 1/23/23 and still have not received it almost 4 months later. Customer service was fast to reply and expressed it was out of stock and that I'll get it in 4-6 weeks. If that was the case, then why was that not listed on their website? I've been told 4-6 weeks, three different times now. RECENTLY, I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THE SUPPORT ASSOCIATE ASKED IF I WAS SURE... I CONFIRMED A SECOND TIME, YES, AND THEN RADIO SILENCE. They were fast to reply with excuses but I've sent four emails since and have not heard back. I think the company is in financial trouble, because they want to hold your money for as long as possible. It's not ethical to be out of stock and withhold that information from the customer. It's also not ethical to ghost patrons when they request a refund multiple times. Either the company is barely a float and is taking advantage of customers, or they never plan to fulfill your order and fake the sales to create cash flow.

Well, based on all these other reviews seems I also have been scammed! I placed an order that is still unfulfilled and all communication to customer service has been like communicating to a black hole. I want a refund. Order #100056737

Do not buy anything from this company. I placed an order (Order No. 100056536) for a replacement band months ago for one of their watches and haven't received anything. I've tried emailing them multiple times with no response. This company is a fraud.

Purchased a watch during Black Friday sale as a gift and still haven’t received it. Was never notified there was any type of delay or stock issue until I reached out for an update about my order just before Christmas only to be told it was out of stock. Customer service initially responded with generic answers about manufacturing issues and a wide 4-8 week timeframe for delayed shipment of the item. Far past that estimated window now- still haven’t received the product. I’ve reached out to customer service again twice now with no response from a Rep, just the automated response someone will be in touch soon. Also tried contacting them via social media with no response. I imagine a customer service rep reading these reviews may tell me to contact the same email I’ve already reached out to now without a response. Not sure if I will ever get the item or a refund at this point so may need to just dispute on my credit card. Very frustrating process.

Ordered 2 replacement straps in September 2021. Have still not received the straps!!! When I contact Brathwait, I get the same response about the products being out of stock and they will deliver when restocked. Extremely disappointed in the customer service received. On another note, the watch does not keep time well.

This company is a f*#king scam! I ordered stuff through them and it's been over 1 year and no product or refund, do not give them your money!!!

I purchased the Classic Slim watch in March 2018 and initially was thrilled with the watch and recommended it to multiple friends, one of whom purchased a Brathwait watch for her fiancé (now husband). I’m writing to share that my experience went downhill after about a year as my watch continued to fail to keep good time, often stopping completely. I had the battery replaced and sent in for repair twice between 2019 and 2021 but the issue continued. As a result, I stopped wearing it in 2021 and returned to my trusty (if less elegant) Timex which I’ve had for over a decade and has functioned without issues. My friend’s now husband has had similar issues with his watch, which he also no longer wears. I sent an email with this feedback to Braithwait in May 2022 and never received a response apart from an automated email stating that I would receive a personal response as soon as possible. Overall, I am very disappointed and can not recommend this brand.

Purchased two watch on Black Friday sale. Never received them. All attempts to communicate with Brathwait failed with no response from their end. Eventually, my credit card company refunded me as part of their insurance policy. Fraud? Sure felt like it.
