We do not pay for or use fake reviews, if we did its safe to assume that our Trustpilot page would have a lot more positive reviews at the moment. We have unfortunately just been hit with shipment volatility for some of our watch models due to supply chain issues still stemming from the pandemic. We are working our hardest to get back to normal and assure you that our team is working diligently to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. I see that your order was already cancelled and refunded, the refund process can take some time depending on your bank so please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
