I requested help on how to replace a battery. I received a reply in no time and the agent, Veronica, was awesome. She gave me the info I needed with links. On top of selling the most amazing watches (I have 2!!!), Brathwait offers an incredible customer service. Friendly and most importantly, efficient.

I love my Braithwait so much. It's a great watch in every way. More than that, I can't say enough about the excellence in customer service when I encountered a small and very uncommon challenge. I asked for help and I received so much more than I expected. The communication was clear and the service was nothing short of superior in every way! Thank you so much.

I purchased my first Braithwait watch a few years ago and it suddenly stopped working. I tried everything to repair it but couldn’t get it to run. The Braithwait team was dealing with limited options to repair my watch during this very difficult time and came through with a creative solution that really impressed me. Thank you Braithwait team - your the best

Worth the wait! That's what I can say now after seen the watch. The Swiss made automatic not only looks visually stunning and it gives luxury feel. Top Class! I'd say that Italian leather strap added more richness and swag to this watch. I can assure, strap is made from top grain leather. No harm to my skin, its smooth.
