Long story short don’t buy from this company. Joke of a customer service. No wonder why they don’t have a decent phone number posted. I ordered a watch never been dispatched no refund. Got to the point I had to put a claim through. Do not order.

I’ve had a brathwait watch for about 5 years, unfortunately it’s been wearable about 2 of those years. Straps are out of stock, and have been for years…what’s going on? No care or response from customer service. I seem to be echoing others reviews on here, and would not recommend this company. I can only assume they worked well as a small business, but when demand grew they couldn’t cope and now have grown a fairly poor reputation which is a shame.

What a waste of time, throw your watch away if you've damaged or broken straps. They try to make you purchase the watch as whole again instead just supplying you with the strap you want and still that won't arrive. Joke of a company.

Attention!!! Fuc…. stupid. Don't order. Be repeatedly confident to be delivered. PLEASE NOT ORDER!!! My order is from 12.02.2022 and has not yet come.

I wish I saw these reviews before ordering. The watch I ordered in November is apparently sold out. There was no indication of this on their website. I had to contact Braithwait to ask about the order as it was not updating on shipping. Only then did I learn they don’t have stock and don’t know when they will be getting stock… asked to cancel the order for a refund and no response.

As many other reviews warn, buyers beware. I placed an order at the start of November for some straps, expecting them to arrive well before Christmas. Despite emails asking the status of my order, Christmas came and went. All-in-all I spent 6 months trying to either get a hold of the straps, or subsequently trying to get a refund. I had no luck on either front. Better Business Buereau had no luck, so in the end thankfully my credit card refunded the total.

As others have said, I never received my order and never received a refund. I took smalls claims action and they finally responded.... Here is a blurb you can send to them: "I have filed a small claims debt action case with Delaware Justice of the Peace against both BRATHWAIT WATCHES INC and its Registered Agent in the state of Delaware: LEGALINC CORPORATE SERVICES INC." I purchased a watch in March and never received it. I wrote to customer service multiple times (at least 4 or 5 times) and the first few times they responded that there had been delays, then they stopped responding altogether. Do not buy from them because you will be losing your money.
