ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH...Just went through HELL with Brathwait who have no freaking idea about International shipping and duties and taxes. They leave you a the mercy of their shippers and custom departments. They send incorrect invoices. They send invoice with incorrect amounts. I ended up seeing 80% duties on the cost of the orders. and after repeated followups and managing the nightmare when you are on a holiday you would realise its not WORTH it. So everyone avoid them if you are getting international shipments especially into India. you are in for RUDE shocks. and top it up with their extremely non understanding customer support who do not ACCEPT their mistakes and do now want to own it but just show customer some verbage crap.. copied their CEO Henrik also in the emails and no response from him. Just sad that a startup who should be more customer focussed and learn is instead trying to wash their hands off. Well they lost a customer for life.

Brathwait is a watch that comes up with constant ads. I recently ordered from this brand. I wish I had not done. Firstly, the invoice value of order was showed as higher than amount I paid. They cause more customs duty to pay. I mentioned the situation, they did not care about the solution. Then when I received the order I saw that different product color comes from I ordered. Although I stated it with photos, they said it was caused by ambient light. This brand really makes people fool. i would definitely advise you to stay away.

I bought 2 watch from them. I still didn't receive the second watch that i bought 4 month ago ! The Customer service don't even answer me.... AVOID THIS COMPANY

Brathwait.com is a cheater. They never sends your order. They survive on the interest they charge for your order and takes at least 30 days for refund. How to inform police about a cheating company?

very poor quality. started to fall apart after 2 years. They gave the usual out of warrently not my problem response. A watch which cant withstand the test of time... what good is it for?

I ordered an automatic watch and extra bands for close to $300. They were supposed to deliver within days, but nothing happened. One month later I cancelled the order and they promised money back within 2-4 business days. It has now been 10 days and no refund. This company is not serious or they are about to go under. Do not order anything, you will lose your money!!

I placed an impulse order for the slim watch but quickly decided to sleep on it. I cancelled the order and they confirmed that my order was cancelled and I would have my refund posted in 2-4 days. The next day I received a shipping confirmation and my order was on the way. I plan on disputing this with my credit card as I had the order cancellation confirmed. Obviously they have many administrative shortcomings and no phone # to call either. Emails take forever with them too. Has been a painful experience and needless to say I am not done yet. No way to run a company no matter what you sell.

Customer service is abysmal. I am still waiting for the return label to return the watch for a refund. 4 emails in a week and no one responds. I am very disappointed as it seemed such a fresh and transparent approach to doing business.
