I had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa Horowitz on 5/12/2026 regarding a situation I was experiencing at the Brandsmart store in Sawgrass (Sunrise, FL). Lisa kindly provided me with additional information, and I was able to resolve my problem after speaking with 3 alleged supervisors who offered no help or compromise. This review is strictly based on the assistance I received from Lisa, who was professional and knowledgeable.

Lisa Horowitz was an amazing person to help me with, who sent me a package, that I was surprised that I got the package. Lisa was asking me all of information on the box, and she went through every level until she got me the name of the person that sent me the box. I’ve had to reach out on multiple occasions just to get an update on 1 appliance. I’ve emailed, messaged, called, and even went into a store, and no one was able to tell me anything until today. This has deterred me from ever placing another order online. I will only order in store in the future.
