I browsed selections on the Brandsmart USA website and added the item I wanted to my cart. When I attempted to checkout my cart, the item disappeared from my cart and then completely disappeared from the website. Mr. Disomma could not explain why this happened, but he searched for and found an acceptable alternative that was not advertised on the website. In the future, I'll not waste my time browsing the website. I'll call Mr. Disomma. I recommend that you replace your website support staff with people who are competent.
