Great customer service, helpful and I got to tell you with the day I was having it was a welcoming voice,and knowledgeable person that put me in a better mood. Other places can learn from brandsmart and Joseph.

Don't waste your time with these clowns. Ordered a gift online last Saturday, FOUR days later it's still showing "Processing" I inquired and they just cancelled the order without explanation. They don't respond to emails, have ZERO customer service. Just a lowball, slimy company. Avoid like the plague
